Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded.
Yes, every room can be booked seven days a week. Weekend bookings are 4 hours minimum and must be made by 4pm on the Friday before. Building security needs the names of everyone attending in advance, so please reply to your confirmation email with their names.
