1 Quality Court sits in a gated courtyard off Chancery Lane, in the legal quarter between the City and the West End. The walk to Covent Garden takes you along High Holborn and down Drury Lane, about ten minutes at an easy pace. For most firms that turns out to be the better end of the deal: close enough to take clients to the piazza for lunch, far enough that the team is not working above a crowd of tourists, and without the premium a piazza-facing address carries.
The building is a Grade II listed former part of the Patent Office, with a staffed reception under a living green wall, meeting rooms, an atrium breakout area, showers and bike storage. What is included

Getting there
Chancery Lane on the Central line is about three minutes on foot, Holborn with the Central and Piccadilly lines about seven, and Covent Garden station on the Piccadilly line about ten. Farringdon, with the Elizabeth line and Thameslink, is thirteen minutes and gives a direct train to Heathrow, Canary Wharf, Gatwick and Luton. City Thameslink and Blackfriars are a short walk south.
